​Normally, the property management function will come under the asset management directive and shall incorporate many necessary systems, processes and procedures that shall be followed to ensure all legal measures and mandatory requirements are adhered to.

This role provided by AscendiaSurrico, would be to work with each of the known project primary and some secondary stakeholders to establish the appropriate mechanisms to be put in place, that both support the company’s deliverables, and to meet with the long-term strategic business initiatives.
