AscendiaSurrico were asked to create an action committee to support and direct the works from the two investors, as part of the investor strategy.
The scope of works was to modernise the company and then to list on the stock market. AscendiaSurrico assisted the company in preparing and managing the marketing strategy, which included re-branding, revised mission and vision, corporate governance and social responsibility. Effective advertisement by MUPI’s, Television Ads and an animated commercial, and led to the development of the 1st Application for Real Estate in Kuwait. New corporate headquarters identified and AscendiaSurrico assisted with the stacking plans, to ensure the maximisation of adjacencies for operational occupation efficiencies.
Customer surveys and services were completed and identified opportunities to increase and align service offering. Property and facility management reports were conducted for the entire portfolio, with clear directives to bring service levels to the international standard.
The project was completed earlier in the anticipated completion date and under budget.
